The Forge Method

An eight-week program for high-achieving men who are performing at the top of their field and running on less than they should be.

The problem

You've built something real.

The strategy is sound. The team is capable. By every external measure, things are working.

But somewhere in the last year or two, something shifted. Decisions that used to take ten minutes now take three days. The clarity that used to come naturally requires more effort to access. You're sleeping less, second-guessing more, and carrying a background hum of pressure that doesn't switch off when the workday ends.

That's a nervous system problem wearing the clothes of a strategy problem.

And it's more common right now among founders and executives than anyone is saying out loud in a boardroom.

The AI wave didn't create this. It revealed it. The ground shifted and your body knows it even when your resume says otherwise.

Why this is different

Most performance coaching works on the mind alone.

Most wellness programs work on the body alone.

Neither touches the subconscious patterns that are actually running the show.

The Forge Method integrates four levels of work — physical, mental, relational, and service — because that's where lasting change happens. The tools are breathwork, NLP, EFT, and hypnosis, deployed as a single integrated system. Cognitive, somatic, and subconscious addressed together, in sequence, because performance problems rarely live on just one level.

The framework is antifragility. The goal is not stress reduction. It's stress conversion — building the kind of leader who gets stronger because of pressure, not despite it.

Who built this and where

I didn't design this program in theory.

I built it over thirty years in the field, starting in my early 30s running a school in East Harlem with death threats on the block, a young daughter at home, and a staff of twelve depending on me to show up steady every single day.

Thirty years later I've led organizations from East Harlem to the Mississippi Delta, built a breathwork and leadership program inside a maximum-security facility for incarcerated teenage boys, and managed a staff of 350 at Boys and Girls Harbor.

The tools in this program are the ones I reached for when the margin for error was zero.

Princeton. Columbia Law. Thirty years of nonprofit leadership. Certified under leading breathwork practitioners including Dr. Belisa Vranich, Patrick McKeown, and Dan Brule. Ericksonian Hypnosis certification. NLP Communications Instructor. EFT certification. Reiki Master.

Not a credential stack assembled for a sales page. A biography of necessity.

What the eight weeks look like

The program runs eight weeks. One 90-minute live group session per week with a cohort of eight to twelve men. Between-session practice materials delivered after every session.

Every session opens with guided breathwork or EFT practice, moves into teaching drawn from that week's forge, then into group coaching where participants apply the material to their own situation, and closes with a five-minute integration.

The eight weeks move through four forges:

Weeks 1 and 2 — Foundation and the Physical Forge.**

Establishing your current operating system honestly. Building the body practice that carries everything else.

Weeks 3 and 4 — The Mental Forge.**

Clearing the subconscious patterns limiting your performance. Installing the architecture for stress conversion using breathwork, EFT, NLP, and hypnosis.

Weeks 5 and 6 — The Relational Forge.**

Surfacing the communication patterns costing you the most. Building the connections that make high performance sustainable rather than depleting.

Weeks 7 and 8 — The Service Forge and Integration.**

Finding the source of meaning that converts pressure into fuel. Building a personal Forge Protocol you carry out of the program permanently.

Who this is for

This program is for you if:

You are a founder, executive, or senior leader who has built something real and is quietly running on reserve.

You have tried the productivity systems, the therapy, the meditation apps. You have read the books. You know what you should be doing. The gap between what you know and what you are actually doing has quietly grown.

You are not in crisis. You are in the fog that high achievement produces when the nervous system never fully recovers between demands.

You are ready to address what is underneath the performance, not just manage the symptoms on top of it.

Investment and next step

The Forge Method runs twice per year with a maximum of twelve participants per cohort.

Investment: $2,497 per participant.

The first step is a 30-minute conversation. No pitch. I need to understand where you are and you need to understand whether this program is the right fit. Not everyone is.

If it is, I will tell you. If it is not, I will tell you that too.
